Shortcuts for Logbook Items let you log activity, query your history, and manage your Logbook entries.
Open Logbook Item
Opens a specific Logbook item in Sofa. Tap the Logbook Item field to choose which item to open.
Find Logbook Items
Searches for items in your Logbook that match your criteria.
Filters
Title— Filter by item titleItem Type— Filter by type (movie, book, TV show, podcast, etc.)Date Added— Filter by when the item was addedDate Edited— Filter by when the item was last modifiedSticky Note— Filter by sticky note contents
Sort Options
- Date Added
- Date Edited
- Title
- Release Date
Results can be sorted in ascending or descending order with optional limits.
Log Item
Adds an item to the Logbook. Great for back-logging items you forgot to log at the time.
| Parameter | Description |

| Item | The item to log |
| Date | Optional — the date to log it on (defaults to today) |
Remove from Logbook
Removes an item from the Logbook. The item itself is not deleted — it simply loses its Logbook flag.
