Siri Voice Commands

Sofa registers Siri phrases so you can control the app with your voice. Just say any of these to Siri.
Available Commands

| ”Sofa open [item name]“ | Opens a specific item from your library |
| ”Sofa open Up Next” | Opens and starts playing your podcast queue |
| ”Sofa open Up Next for [list name]“ | Plays the Up Next queue filtered to a specific list |
| ”Look up content in Sofa” or “Find something to add in Sofa” | Siri asks what you’re looking for, then searches for content |
| ”Search Sofa for [query]“ | Opens Sofa’s search screen with your search filled in (iOS 27 and later) |
| “Mark next episode as watched in Sofa” | Marks the next unwatched episode of a show |
| ”Mark next episode of [show] in Sofa” | Marks the next episode of a specific show |
| ”Add item to Sofa” or “Create item in Sofa” | Creates a new manual item |
| ”Create a new list in Sofa” | Creates a new list |
| ”Log item in Sofa” | Logs an item to the Logbook |
| ”What am I enjoying in Sofa” | Shows the items you’re currently enjoying |
In Sofa 5.5, “What am I tracking in Sofa” became “What am I enjoying in Sofa”.
Tips
- Siri phrases work with Apple Watch, HomePod, CarPlay, and AirPods, anywhere Siri is available.
- You can customize Siri phrases in
Settings > Siri & Search > Sofaon your device. - These commands also appear as suggested Siri Shortcuts on your lock screen and in Spotlight.
